Join the Pre-Professional Nunnbetter Dance Theatre Company
The Nunnbetter Dance Theatre Company is a 501 (c)3 nonprofit organization. The mission of the Nunnbetter Dance Theatre Company is to provide dedicated young people with intensive dance training and high level performance opportunities, to make, performances available to under-privileged individuals and groups who would not otherwise have opportunities to enjoy the fine arts, and to foster an appreciation for the art of dance within the general Bergen County community.
Each December, the NDT Company produces what is hailed to be one of New Jersey’s best productions of The Nutcracker. This NDT production combines both professional dancers and local budding stars in a beautifully staged adaptation of this timeless classic.
In early winter members of the NDT Company participate in the prestigious Youth America Grand Prix dance competition. Each year our dancers receive honors and accolades for both ensemble and solo pieces.

Finally, each spring, members of the NDT Company come together in a vibrant Spring Concert production. The Spring Concert is performed in our in-studio theater and features classic repertoire as well as new works from some of NDT’s finest teachers and choreographers as well as outside artists. .
As a 501 (c) 3 not-for-profit organization, the Nunnbetter Dance Theatre Company hosts fundraisers throughout the year to support the expenses affiliated with the company productions. All donations are tax exempt as allowed by law. Donations to support our efforts are always appreciated.
